RE: Bad Customer Service

I heard your complaint about the behaviour that my sales staff treated you. I was disappointed with him and on the behaviour that he shows you. The staff member has been given a warning and had further customer service training for a month. And also, our store will give you a $50 voucher in return for what happened. You can also use it in any department of our store.
